  • Cancellation Policy
    • Welcome to the Ranthambore Safari Booking Portal. Below is an outline of our cancellation policies, which apply to all bookings made through our website, www.ranthamboretigersafari.net Managed by Ranthambore Tiger Safari, a Jaipur-based travel agency, we are a private tour operator and do not represent the official Ranthambore National Park authorities or the Forest Department.
    • Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy
      In case of park closure due to monsoon rains:
      Gypsy Bookings: 75% refund will be issued.
      Canter Bookings: 65% refund will be issued.

      Note: No refunds are available if the safari permit has already been issued.

      Cancellation Policy for Current/Tatkal Bookings

      Unconfirmed Safari: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded if the safari booking does not get confirmed.

      Confirmed Safari: No refund will be issued for confirmed bookings.

      Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If the customer requests a cancellation before the booking date:

      25% cancellation fee for Gypsy safaris.

      35% cancellation fee for Canter safaris.

      General Terms & Conditions for Safari Payments

      All Gypsy and Canter Safari payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the booking is unconfirmed.

      Terms and Conditions for Tour Packages

    • Special Days and Peak Seasons: Packages are not available for booking during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, and New Year.
    • Hotel Room Categories: Only base category rooms are included in the package. Room upgrades are available at an extra cost, payable directly to the hotel.
    • Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
    • Accurate Information: Guests must provide accurate age information for travelers at the time of booking, as errors may incur penalties.
    • Substitute Accommodation: In case the chosen hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a similar-standard hotel room.
    • Additional Charges: Any changes in government taxes, safari permit fees, fuel surcharges, or guide fees will be communicated and will be borne by the customer.
    • Luggage and Personal Safety: Jungle Safari India is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
    • Cancellation, No-Show, and Early Departure Policy for Tour Packages
    • Cancellations: If a tour cancellation or postponement is needed, customers must notify us in writing. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive the request.
    • 30 days before arrival - 20% of the tour cost will be charged.
    • 15 to 29 days before arrival - 30% of the tour cost will be charged.
    • 7 to 14 days before arrival - 40% of the tour cost will be charged.
    • 2 to 6 days before arrival - 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
    • Less than 48 hours or no-show - No refund.
    • Peak Season Cancellations: Separate cancellation terms may apply during peak seasons (such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), which will be communicated as needed.
    • Important Payment Policies
    • Advance Payment: Customers may pay 50% in advance to secure their booking. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.
    • Full Payment Benefit: Guests who pay 100% in advance may receive special discount benefits.
    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Direct Deposits.
    • Force Majeure and Liability Limitations
    • Note: All bookings are provisional and subject to changes or cancellation by the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve Field Director without prior notice. By making a booking, you agree to all listed terms and conditions, including non-refundable safari bookings.
