Ranthambore National Park - Safari Booking Terms and Conditions

Our platform is managed by Jungle Safari India, a Delhi-based travel agency, which offers Ranthambore tour and safari packages. We emphasize that we are an independent agency and not affiliated with the official Ranthambore National Park authorities or the Forest Department.
Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy
In the event of park closure due to rain, we provide refunds for safari bookings: 75% for gypsy bookings and 65% for canter bookings.
Note: If your permit has already been issued, we are unable to offer a refund.
Booking Guidelines
Advance Payment: Full payment is required to confirm a safari booking.
Current Bookings: Please submit requests at least one day prior to your intended date. While we aim to meet your preferred safari zone, zone allocation is subject to availability across zones 1 to 10.
ID Requirements: A valid ID is mandatory for each visitor. International visitors must provide passport details at the time of booking.
Non-Transferable Bookings: Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed. Visitors are required to carry the same ID as submitted during the booking.
Important Notes for Safari Bookings
Availability and Permit Issuance: All safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Fee Adjustments: Any post-booking fee increases, such as changes in permit fees or fuel surcharges, are the visitor’s responsibility.
Cancellations: In the unlikely event of park closure or reservation modifications by the Field Director, we reserve the right to adjust bookings without notice. No refund requests can be entertained under such circumstances.
Gypsy and Canter Safari Payment Policies
Refunds: Payments for Gypsy and Canter safaris are typically non-refundable, unless your booking is unconfirmed.
Current/Tatkal Booking: When opting for a next-day booking, all current booking policies apply.
Other Essential Information
Check-in/Check-out: Standard hotel check-in is at 12:00 Noon, and check-out is at 11:00 AM (subject to variation by hotel and availability).
Arrival Time: Visitors should report at the designated boarding area 15 minutes before departure.
Reservation Terms: By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms listed.
Note: All reservations are provisional and may be modified or canceled at the discretion of park authorities.
